Chain of Fools
Chain of Fools
Chain of Fools is a shallow crescent shawl worked in 4 colors of fingering weight yarn. The transition between colors is modulated by a slip-stitch pattern of interlocking chains. Tassels make this lightweight wrap fun to wear in every season.
The shawl is knitted from the top down beginning with a garter tab and is worked in alternating sections of single-color stockinette stitch and mosaic colorwork.
The pattern uses four (4) colors, however as few as two (2) colors and as many as eight (8) could be used. Color option suggestions are provided. This is a great shawl for using up bits of your left-over stash.
The mosaic stitch pattern is both written and charted.
